We are so excited to send our patrons on a virtual summer reading quest this year! There are lots of fun challenges and experiences in store for readers of all ages. And let’s not forget the opportunity to win some treasure!
This webpage will serve as your Summer Reading home base. Check here for reading logs, participation instructions, challenge calendars, and fun activities that you can complete from a distance.
Challenge Calendar
Printed copies of materials can also be picked up at the library.
Children (grade 4 and younger)
- Mark off boxes as you complete them.
- Complete boxes in rows, columns, or diagonals of 5 to complete a BINGO.
- Complete 3 BINGO’s to earn a reward! (limit of 1 reward per participant)
- Complete the entire card and be entered into a grand prize drawing!
- Grand Prizes for the drawing include:

- Gift Card to Amazon
- Gift Card to DJ’s Tempting Treats
Keep your card until you have completed it or turn it in by July 31st at the latest to claim your rewards and be eligible for the grand prize drawing. You may either return the paper copy of your card to the outdoor book drop, have an adult bring it to the library, or submit online.
We will call you after July 31st to schedule a time to pickup your reward.

Young Adult (grades 5-12)
Mark off boxes as you complete them! Participating will earn you a rewards bundle. Complete the entire card and you’ll earn all your rewards AND a chance to enter the grand prize drawing!
Keep your card until you have completed it or turn it in by July 31st at the latest to claim your rewards and be eligible to be entered in the grand prize drawing. You may either return a paper copy of your card to the outdoor book drop or submit it online. Or you can have an adult bring it into the library.
We will call you after July 31st to schedule a time to pickup your reward.
Make sure all cards are submitted by Friday, July 31st!
Check in with the challenge calendar for fun daily activities and be on the look out for weekly take and make crafts that can be picked up outside the library. And don’t forget to keep your eye on the web page for additional activities to keep you entertained throughout the course of the Summer Reading Challenge.

Your Summer Quest:
Complete and mark off the reading challenges for a chance to win treasure.
You have been given 3 magic beans—if you want a challenge to disappear, circle the bean in that square. And, remember, a Reading Hero is crafty—a single book can fulfill two or more challenges.
The quest must be completed by July 31 – submit your challenge sheet by foot (library service desk) courier ( fold and slip it into the drop box) or by air (submit sheet online) Good luck and may good fortune be with you!
